Integrating with our emphasis on love, laughter and learning, for our Torpedo group, we have a strong educational focus where we aim to encourage and nurture self confidence and positive self esteem in addition to providing a great foundation for future success at school. Our desired outcomes for these children include increasing independence, confidence and competence across a broad range of skills including communication, literacy, numeracy and scientific concepts.
As with our younger children, we believe that our Torpedo group respond well to routines and a regular pattern to their day. A typical day provides a great balance between creative provocations, independent exploration, time to test working theories and problem solve, intentional activities and team building.

At Rocket Kids we have a great school readiness programme that helps prepare children for school and future success. We pride ourselves in enabling children to become competent and confident learners.
